This Sierra is a custom instrument that features a "Hartford Style" Grenadillo Tone Ring!

Referred to as the poor man's "Hartford", this banjo has many of the same characteristics as its more expensive "big brother".  Like the Hartford, this Sierra is roughly 2 pounds less in weight than banjos with conventional tone rings.  Its warm, strong voice is very close to the Hartford's and makes this an ideal instrument for the eclectic banjo player.
